We have been here in Minnesota for around a week and a half already. The time is flying! The temps have been dropping, so I have been excited to wear my heavier coats. I know I won’t be saying that come March, but living in the Bay Area for 3 years with moderate weather year round, it’s now fun to have some kind of changing seasons again. I love these cooler fall temperatures because you can throw on a beautiful fall statement coat and it instantly takes that boring outfit up a notch.
Burgundy has always been one of my favorite colors. Heck, it was the main color in my wedding, if that tells you anything. It is just a timeless romantic color that I feel you can wear every year. It also looks great with any skin tone. This burgundy statement coat is the perfect length to wear with a dressier outfit or with what seems to be my usual uniform, jeans & a sweater.
